Include account name in mail stream summary
The current automatic stream summary doesn't by itself mention the stream name. When providing multiple streams at the same time, e.g. for a big event, it is hard to distinguish which one the summary is for. Having to create multiple mail addresses would just complicate things for the streamer. Note that other mails like progress reports on the road to affiliate do include the account.
