Better Randomized Alerts
Let me put a punch of Alert Images in a pool and it be randomized for every category. So the random Alert Image can played on any of the triggers (Sub, Gifted Sub, Follow, Raid, etc)
So this while also allowing is to exclude categories from that pool, so lets say the random Alert Image wont be for Raids.
