Visual bug: when a prediction's timer ends after a mod has put in points, but before confirming, their points don't show in the prediction.
When a mod votes in a prediction, they get an extra confirmation warning them they won't be able to end the prediction.
If the prediction's voting timer ends AFTER a mod submits a point total, but BEFORE confirming their vote in this extra confirmation, their channel points will be deducted from their total, but not added to the prediction.
UPDATE: It appears this is just a visual issue. Once the prediction was ended, the points were added to the total and dolled out as normal, including updating the actual visible point totals.
