Allow us to have stream preview for both formats
When doing Dual Format streaming we seem to be stuck choosing one or the other to preview. I'm not sure how we're supposed to tell if we're having an issue with one and not the other if we can't see both at the same time.
Currently Stream Manager does not allow two Stream Preview panels. Give us the option for that or give us a dual preview option please!
