Add a chat notification for On-Screen Celebration Power-up
I use the chat pop out function to view my chat on my vertical monitor and I get no notice that the On-Screen Celebration has ever happened.
It would be super useful to have even just a small notification to hit chat that it occurred like the other power-ups.
Unless I have my stream up on a different window - I would have zero idea that it happened, and what emote was spammed across the screen.
