Have a way where you can actually contact someone to fix a problem.
Have a way where you can actually contact someone to fix a problem. Right now, when I click on Video Producer, I get this message. An error occurred loading the list of videos. There currently appears to be no way to even let anyone know this has occurred.
I just wanted to see my past VODs in Video Producer, but It would nice if I could actually contact someone if I needed help. Even a place to send an email would be good.
