Emote Tier for Twitch Turbo Followers
Add an emote tier between viewer emotes and sub emotes for twitch turbo viewers, this encourages turbo viewers to watch a channel to use the emotes, have the emotes like viewer emotes that can only be used in the channel, and can be used universally by subs the same as viewer emotes.
this also may encourage more people to use twitch turbo
