Bring more visibility to channel highlights videos.
Twitch has for a long time encouraged creating "highlights" from past stream VODs, however these hardly ever get any views at all since they do not appear to be promoted, and they are "buried" in the channel information. It would be useful to have channel stream highlights more visible/accessible to bring them to the forefront when the streamer is not currently live.
