Include Tamil Language
Include Tamil (தமிழ்) as a Language Option in Stream Details
As a Twitch streamer, I'd love to see Tamil (தமிழ்) added as an official language option in stream details. This would make it much easier for Tamil-speaking viewers to discover content in their native language.
Currently, Tamil streamers often have to select a different language (like English or Hindi) in their stream metadata, which can make it harder for their target audience to find them. Adding Tamil as an official language choice would:
Enable Tamil streamers to accurately represent the language of their content
Help Tamil-speaking viewers more easily find streams in their preferred language
Foster the growth of Tamil-language communities on Twitch
I hope the Twitch team will consider adding Tamil as an official language option in the near future. This small but meaningful change could make a big difference for Tamil creators and viewers on the platform. Let me know what you think!
