[Feature] Alerts
We have added in the ability to configure and manage Alerts directly within your Creator Dashboard here on Twitch. You can use them in tandem with the alerts you love and already have set up with your third-party broadcasting software; however, we've expanded our system to offer not just classic alerts like subs, follows and cheering, but also Alerts for hype trains, raids, goals, and charity. On top of this, we've added brand new features like Interactive Resubs, which can be tailored to provide different visual and audio options for users to pick when sharing their resub anniversary message. We've also launched Celebrations which can be added to any alert to trigger a channel page-wide explosion of your emotes to mark any special occasion. For much more information, please check out our detailed blog post here: https://blog.twitch.tv/2023/05/17/celebrate-your-community-your-way-with-twitch-s-new-alerts/.
Our goal is to give you the tools to express yourself. Alerts are a sandbox for you to show off what you and your community are about; and this is only the beginning, so please let us know any feedback you have on how we can improve Twitch's Alerts for you in the future. Thank you!
Hi again all,
We have another update regarding Twitch’s Alerts. Now, you can set up integrations with Streamlabs, Throne, Crowd Control, and StreamElements, to bring select third-party events they provide to your Activity Feed to help you recognize all the additional ways your community supports you (such as through tipping, merch purchases, etc.).
Help highlight your community’s contributions and celebrate them all in one place, with your own flair by tapping into the customization options for your Alerts in the Creator Dashboard.
This is just the beginning! We'd love to hear what other third party streaming tools you'd like deeper Twitch integrations with, please share them with us via link.twitch.tv/UVAlerts or http://twitch.uservoice.com/forums/924712/suggestions/47507177.

I can't make changes in the Channel Points category. When I try to change or add any changes, I get an error. "An error has occurred. Try again." and this error does not go away.

ElevenLabs integration would be great. Currently opting for external tools for that. While it works, having an all-in-one solution would be much better.

Thrilled to see an alert for a Hype Train; this will be very useful! Thank you!
That said, based on how I have the images of my alerts set up, I find Twitch Alerts too restrictive at this point.
The two pieces of feedback I have are:
<> I would like to be able to position my text much more specifically than just "in front of image". The image in question is a Machop holding up a screen, and I want the alert text to appear within that screen.
<> I also want to be able to have the text appear on multiple lines, rather than just one. That way I can make the alert text fit the work area more easily while also allowing for a more legible size.Once these are implemented, I will gladly and eagerly use the Hype Train alert.

Hello!
1920x1080 px alerts does not appear full-screen, and layouts are pretty inconsistent. I tried different layouts, video scale, alert box dimensions and still there are blank spaces around the video.
Also, during setting up, the preview is huge with these dimensions, and only shows the middle of the alert box. Scaling would be great!

Hello! I love the new customizable alerts boxes. However, “send preview alerts” only go through to OBS for ‘out of the box’ alerts. Any alerts where I have uploaded my own audio or image are not showing up as previews. I have sent some customized alerts through successfully before, so it is a new issue. I have tried refreshing the page cache in my browser source, deleting the entire browser source and re-copy-pasting the link in as a new source, etc. I am able to see the custom alerts on Twitch’s alert editor page, but that’s all. Is there another way to troubleshoot this?

Why is everything twitch does a half baked attempt. twitch alerts worked ONCE. Now all i get is
"There was an error loading the Alert Box. Please reload the browser source"
Guess what, reloading does nothing, even giving the browser source unrestricted access to OBS does nothing

The Alerts are very inconsistent. Sometimes they work and sometimes they don't. You can imagine how awkward it is when someone Subscribes and you don't notice for a good 3 minutes because the alert just straight up didn't play.

Hello we currently have the following problem with Twitch Alerts.
Problem description: As you can see in the image, you can't play the alerts correctly with the current layout. The WebM file is always displayed minimized and when you change the layout, the alert animation is displayed 100% correctly.
We also have this problem with other streamers that use the layout as in the image.
The warning is also sent to OBS as small.Unfortunately, reselecting the webm file did nothing.
Image:
Since the image is unfortunately not taken over correctly, It affects the layout where the font is displayed in the center over the alert. It is no longer scaled correctly.

Channel point alerts are a long-awaited feature. Thank you for the release!
I used it right away and found a glitch in the system. I would appreciate it if you could check it out.
I set up my own prepared alert videos (I use webm). I then tried saving it with the text layout in the middle and the uploaded video is smaller!
However, when I set the text layout to the top or bottom, I did not have this problem!I have not had this problem with the webm videos that Twitch provides by default.

Does the stream need to be live for the alerts to work? Doesn't look like they do although the test alerts come through fine.

I'm having issues with some alerts are getting stuck as queued - and then nothing is coming through at all. I have zero idea what happened, and would love some help as to how to actually fix this. I can't find anything other than to go through that specific type of alert to replay an old one to try to clear up the queue - but I have no other gifted subs showing in my list.
