Some people were chatting and I could not see them

My own mod was chatting in my stream and I couldn't see it. The chats did not come up in Stream Manager or in OBS. Really frustrating - it makes people feel like I'm ignoring them if I can't see their chats. (no, I dont have anyone banned or timed out, I checked) :(

    My own mod was talking in my chat and his chats did not show up in Stream Manager or OBS at all. I'm worried people are chatting and I'm not seeing it - it makes them feel like I am ignoring them and I don't want it to happen to anyone else (I checked they were not timed out or banned).
