I notice it's been a year since anyone commented, but...I'm have the issue after editing less that an hour of stuff. Why is this an issue? Can it be avoided.

Did 2 Highlights yesterday and 1 of them uploaded within minutes. One was stuck and the VOD source will expire soon :(

This has happened to me on a number of occasions. The footage has never been recoverable once the original VOD is removed and the "processing" status never changes, even after weeks. I've lost a bunch of really good footage because of this problem.

I'm having this same problem myself. 3 days ago I uploaded a highlight, just over an hour in content, on a channel I edit for. It still hasn't finished "processing", and the original stream expires in 3 days. Am I gonna have to remake the whole highlight???

It's worth noting that I have previously published a MUCH larger highlight, and THAT highlight was available within hours of publishing.

I made an autosave feature request for highlight creation because I was experiencing this same bug. I feel the pain. I couldn't do anything but refresh and watch all my work disappear.

I made a highlight that was about an hour long with the intention of downloading it, editing it and uploading to youtube.

That was 2 weeks ago.

It is still processing now the stream is gone and i can't go back and redo it. I've made one from a different stream and it finished fine. i don't know whats wrong with this one.

Can you please fix the highlight so I don't lose the content and hours of work?

I am having this problem too it is awful
