Viewer Count WRong
Hello, my viewer count always shows 1 maybe 2 viewers, however you can clearly see multiple accounts in chat watching. So not including viewers that don't have accounts, why is my stream showing only 1 viewer?

Hey everyone! Just wanted to pop on here to give some clarification.
Your Viewer Count reflects the total number of people watching your live broadcast, whether or not they have logged into a Twitch account. Your total Users in Chat reflects the number of logged-in Twitch accounts that are connected to your chat. In some instances, an account can be connected to your chat without watching your live broadcast - like chat bots, users in chat-only mode, or users in pop-out chat mode - which would then create a difference in your total number of Users in Chat and your Viewer Count. I have been streaming now for almost a year. For the last 8-9 months, I have consistently brought in at least 5 viewers, and usually 7-9. However, Twitch only ever counts 2-3. I should have hit affiliate 8 months ago. I have sent in multiple tickets, and I only get an automated email telling me how to check users and chat, and viewers in chat. Twitch does not fix the actual problem. I even sent them a video showing them the human accounts from people I know of during a stream and were connected to my chat (at the time 5 were connected.) Twitch needs to fix this. This is extremely disheartening. I know that I am not the only one with this issue, and we are all being treated like we do not matter. Maybe Mixer will listen to us?

If I am streaming I see a other information about viewers and followers in StreamElements, OBS and Twitch. But the programs get the information from twitch, so why are the information incorrect?
The other thing is, I streamed a lot today 01.12.2020 up to 02.12.2020 and the stream information shows average viewer is 0.
But I had a lot of viewer around 3 up to 6 and chatters. Sho why is Twitch showing wrong information? I try to get the average viewers and followers to become affiliate. Wrong analytics and statistics doesn't help. Can you please correct the information and fix that bugs?Thx

i got raided by a person who had 45 viewers watching, after that stream, it still says 1.26 average Viewers

This may be because your viewers are not talking in the chat or have your stream muted

to me in chat users and I get eight and in viewers 2 and the average comes out 1. I'm going to switch at the end to youtube to stremear like you don't fix this bug in a month's time

as vezes tenho mais espectadores do que aparece para mim. Tento desde quase o começo da quarentena pegar afiliado, mas as vezes tem um monte de gente assistindo mas aparece que tem 1 pessoa como espectador. tem que melhorar essa contabilização

Same here, Few dedicated friends ACTIVELY chatting in chat, view count 1 for hours, Only went up after got raided by friends to attempt to fix issue which it did, Managed to pull a average of 2 out of a 10 hour ******* stream, I've now just sent my 3rd ticket in about viewer count issue, Will probably get closed without response again :/

So I noticed when me and/or my friend stream, for the beginning of the stream it will say the correct number of viewers watching, however, after around 10 minutes it will say 1 viewer even if there's clearly more than 1 viewer because of the chat. Not sure if this is a bug or what?

Estoy con el mismo problema, si yo hago el calculo sale de promedio mas de 3 espectadores en el 30 dias, pero se me quedó trabado en 2.6 y por más espectadores nomás no avanza
