Viewer Count WRong

Hello, my viewer count always shows 1 maybe 2 viewers, however you can clearly see multiple accounts in chat watching. So not including viewers that don't have accounts, why is my stream showing only 1 viewer?

Hey everyone! Just wanted to pop on here to give some clarification. 

Your Viewer Count reflects the total number of people watching your live broadcast, whether or not they have logged into a Twitch account. Your total Users in Chat reflects the number of logged-in Twitch accounts that are connected to your chat. In some instances, an account can be connected to your chat without watching your live broadcast - like chat bots, users in chat-only mode, or users in pop-out chat mode - which would then create a difference in your total number of Users in Chat and your Viewer Count.     My viewer count showed 1 viewer for the entire stream. Despite this, I had 2 people in chat talking and a third who told me they watched my stream.

    Minha média de espectadores está sofrendo algum erro, pois minha ultima live tive 10 espectadores e minha média foi de 3! Noutra live tive 8 espectadores e a média foi de 5! Qual o sentido disso???

    Having the same issue. Had a stream today and averaged 10 viewers according to Streamlabs OBS but despite that info being picked up by twitch, it reported that I only had 2 views.

    it doesnt count all my views when they are in my stream chatting and everything it doesnt count them and i got screwed out of being an affiliate thnaks to your alls little bugs in the system

    Yeah, same it's so annoying it says I have 3.2 in 30-day summary but in achievements, it shows I have 3.2!

    the viewer count doesn't update fast enough so sometimes I dont see when people are watching so i cant greet my viewers as the join

    i had 2.97 viewers then streamed for FOUR hours with an average of 3.2 views. also 13 out of 21 days i had an average view of above 3.2 and the rest for 2.2 and up so i dont know how my average is still in the 2 the four hour stream was maxed 9 views with the last hour and a half 4 to 5 views and it averaged at 3.2 i have been fighting 2.97 and 2.98 for 4 days and it doesnt make sense you add up all average views and divide by the number of streams and when i did that i got 3.13 so im confused.

    I too have been having that issue my friends will be watching from home and it will show only one or two views when there is actually five friends watching me. And no I am not talking about the bots that show up I mean actual real life people I have known for years.

    guys it may because you are using more than two twitch accounts per house hold. go with just two running and i'm sure the problem will go away ...

    New Viewers are following me. I'm getting new & more followers. But my followers showing wrong information. It still showing the same as it was showing before i got new followers. It should show accurate info. Plz correct it.

    Oi boa noite, hoje como os outros dias abri uma live, so parando 1 vez por semana, para descansar. Enatao estou entrando em contato pois minha media de espectadores parece estar BUGADA!!, porque de semana passa pra ca parece que começou a travar no 1 espectador, sendo que tem mais de um pessoa na minha live, tenho diariamente 4 pessoas ou mais simuntanias na minha live, só que o contadoer de media de espectadores parece que bugou!, e isso esta me atrapalhando em alcançar minhas conquistas aqui na twitch.

    Estou com problemas nas minhas live, quase todo dia ela só mostra 1 viewer, sendo que na verdade tem mais de uma. As próprias pessoas que me assistem dizem isso... Não sei mais oque fazer, meu canal esta perdendo a media de visualização no mês, e esta me dando um grande atraso

    ya somos 2 yo tengo hasta 62 visitas en mi directo y 9 espectadores y me marca 1 en el chat que hasta ellos mismos me lo hacen saber y esto me afecta para conseguir el afiliado.
