Sorry for the time it took to review this. It looks like there was a bug related to an experiment which made getting these achievements difficult. You should be able to unlock the "Explore your dashboard" achievement by visiting your Stream Manager. If you are still having issues, please reach out to our team at help.twitch.tv to investigate.

    Hey Guys I just got it fixed, All you have to do is head to the dashboard, Insights, Achievements, (It begins) Learn more at the bottom of the it begins, it should take you to achievements help page. Click the dashboard link they have in the first paragraph. And head to achievements. (A long process but that’s how I got my achievement done) My Twitch is TTVTylernol if u need any help

    Been streaming for around 4-5 months and this achievement is still locked LOL
    Definitely a bug and has yet to be fixed for two years...yikes
