Make Streamer Bar Location Adjustable
Instead of locking in the Streamer bar to one location or another, allow the user to adjust location of where the bar is located.
The bar I am referencing is the bar that has the Streamer's name, icon, viewers, etc. Originally it was in the lower area of the stream window. now its at the stream window.
