Have upto 2 and a half minutes roll over in Hype Trains
I believe having an amount of roll over time from the previous level of hype train would reduce the amount of risk of losing a Hype Train. This due to trying to keep it going for the longest time possible so more people can donate and be a part of the Hype Train. Having a certain amount of time means that it won't scale to ridiculous amounts and be manageable.
