No more "refresh the stream to count as a viewer"
Some (not all) streamers who are seeking to become Partner and even some who aren't have a !raiders command which posts some variant of "Hey Twitch is weird and doesn't count raiders as real viewers so please refresh the stream. Thanks!"
Refreshing the stream or clicking a link in chat does not make those viewers count for the purpose of getting the Path to Partner achivement. If it did, streamers who did this would be breaking the community guidelines regarding viewership tampering. Instead, we just have this "harmless" but annoying practice of streamers begging viewers to help them get to Partner one day by refreshing their browser.
Please can we just end this nonsense once and for all.
Thanks.
