Have clip edit layout act like it did in previous vertical clip layout feature.
With the new update the vertical clip layout does not properly keep aspect ratio or position.
If you were to look at my vertical clips from over a week ago(ReaperPC), all are formatted properly from manual layout editing. Since the update even after attempting to edit the layout, the crops that become the top section don't follow the region that was selected manually.
I've attempted with and without my camera border to see if it makes a difference but in all cases the cropping is incorrect.

I *think* this will end up in the full release. They've said that 'saving' your format will be part of it in blog posts... might just be that we're in early access of the editor.
