There is a chrome extension which allows people to create stream-safe watch parties for Netflix, Disney+ and more. As there would be no DMCA breach, is this something that is against Twitch TOS, or would it be completely acceptable to stream under the same rules as a normal Twitch Watch Party?

If it is something that is not accepted by Twitch, would there be any chance of Twitch making arrangements with other streaming sites in order to do this legitimately?
