Ability to restrict Clip creation to Moderators/Editors
At the moment it is only possible to enable/disable creating clips on the channel. If creating is disabled, the broadcaster can still create clips.
It would be nice if you could select whether only the broadcaster or also editors or moderators can create clips.
Of course you could also include vips or subscribers as additional levels.

I agree. On a related note, I think that there needs to be a junior editor or "curator" role - a role with the ability to view unpublished VODs and create clips from them, and to create clips even when the streamer has disabled clipping for regular users.
Streamers would have the option of disallowing clipping entirely or allowing clipping entirely, just as it is now. In addition, however, they would also have a third option - "allow clipping for the following roles/users". Editors and curators would be active by default, with VIPs and mods not active.
The reason I suggest the creation of "curators" is because the powers of an Editor are useful but are an absolute security mess holistically. It would be great to have a role for a person who is more trusted (but not trusted to the level of an Editor) that can view, highlight, and clip unpublished VODs or clip despite regular viewers not being allowed to.

Yes, I agree. There is already a user structure to allow X user to make clips. should be an easy implementation. Please make this possible!
