Allow monetization through Bits and subscriptions for all streamers (not only Affiliates)
i have friends that want to subscribe to me but they cant because i only average 2.06 viewers

Currently, donations via bits are only available to streamers with the affiliate rank. I feel allowing all streamers the ability to receive bits would both increase small streamer revenue early on (making them more likely to continue to make content), and increase interactivity on Twitch. Win-Win.

It Would Be Really Cool If You Don't Have Twitch Affiliate You Can Still Get Bits But Instead Of Getting The Money Right There It Would Be Saved Intill You Get Accepted For Twitch Affiliate.
