Disable "Go live" notification for your own channel

Being able to disable the "Go live" notification for your own channel would be a nice feature.

    Just stop going live. Do a test stream instead. It's built into OBS now even.

    I would love to have this as an option. Sometimes I do a test for my stream later that day and it does not need to notify my followers.
