Twitch Mentorship
Twitch Partners mentoring Affiliates program.
Once you can apply for affiliate you also have the option to opt in to mentorship. You can be matched using categories (Chatting/fps/strategy etc.) with a partnered streamer to "Show you the ropes" after a quick review a partner can choose if they would like to mentor the affiliate.
The gains the mentor would get can vary depending how twitch would see fit to reward someone for being a mentor, but the idea would be if a partner where to take an affiliate under their wing they should get a portion of the income generated by the affiliate through twitch (tuition, mentor fee etc.) of course only for the signed timeframe of a mentorship contract (1 year etc). They would also be seen as a teacher and attributed to potential success of an affiliate.
The gains the affiliate would get are a deeper knowledge of streaming and the platform, branding and possibly more viewership from the partnered streamer, having a portion of the affiliates income go to the mentor would stimulate the mentor to help improve the viewership and affiliates ability to pull in subscribers, viewers and bits.
The program is by choice, but when the program is in place twitch can get potentially double the subscriptions and viewers. Having two people invested in growth and outreach for viewership in turn adds to the growth of the platform as a whole.

But Twitch is, in a sense, a platform for self-expression, and that’s why it’s interesting. Yes, people subscribe and follow streamers who make interesting content. I used to see that some YouTubers taught others to promote their videos, and it seems to me that later they all looked like incubator ones. But I am more interested in authors who do this as self-education. Based on their own experience and their idea of art. Do you know what narrative essays are? I recently saw https://studymoose.com/essay-types/narrative-essays and I see that this is an interesting way of expressing yourself. This is when you tell your story, your thoughts, your feelings. You don't just retell facts, you make them lively and interesting. I don’t know how you can teach to be yourself. You choose the best topics that reflect your personality. You do Twitch not to imitate someone, but to express yourself. And this is what makes you interesting, this is what attracts people to your channel.
