Pause Watch Party

Allow streamer to pause the video for everyone. Especially useful for Movies so you have have a break to go to the bathroom/stretch.

    Not only a pause action but the ability to rewind for people in chat who would like it brought to a certain point!

    My girlfriend and I used watch party for the first time today. We had to get up multiple times for various things and were pretty bummed to find the "pause" button doesn't really pause the video play. Adding this feature would be amazing! :)

    I would love this feature along with being able to rewind or even the usual "go back 10-30 seconds" feature most video streaming services have. I love looking at the background characters and analyzing movie scenes and currently not being able to pause/rewind means that most viewers won't understand the commentary because they missed it.
