Mystery Raids
Add the ability to filter criteria like stream language, stream category (game) and a viewer range to then click "Raid Random" and raid a random streamer matching these criteria. Therefore streamers can raid small streamers without needing to decide on who to raid and without needing to check the online streams list.

that actually sounds fun, especially if enough things to toggle what is random picked, like current viuwers, followers, what they playing, and languish

If a streamer is live and wants to end their stream, but no one they know is live for them to raid, they should have an option to raid a random streamer.
They can choose a category (for example Playing Minecraft etc) in which the raid must stay, or not choose a category, so every streamer on Twitch has a chance of getting the raid.Pros
for streamers:
They don't have to spend a while looking for someone to raid, instead they can easily select a category and raid a random streamer, and smaller streamers have a chance to grow their channel faster.for Twitch:
Less people will turn off Twitch after a stream ends because there will be variety in streamers, and raids will be done more often, making it easier for people to keep watching.for viewers:
Viewers can keep watching Twitch without having to look for another stream themselves, making it a lot easier to keep Twitch playing in the background or in small screen for phone users. -

The idea here is that you can type /randomraid and then twitch will locate someone of similar or lesser view count, and in the same game. The goal being that you can meet new people within your own gaming style and network.
