Warning of suicide ad I just encountered an ad that features a teenager committing suicide and his father frantically trying to get into his room to save him. I understand that this ad is for awareness but I know multiple people including myself who have lost people to suicide and my cousin shot himself as his family was walking in. Disable ads for all moderators This is a huge issue. Ads severely limit how effective we can do our jobs as mods because we can’t hear or see the streamer in a lot of cases so we lack the ability to communicate, especially when it’s a large group of ads. So Twitch, please disable ads for channel mods.

annual turbo subs with discounts hi i really would like to pay for turbo experience once every year or half-year just like normal subs + a discount on the multi-month turbo just like a normal sub will be really nice. why because i don't like to be charged every month i would rather sub for multi months and cancel then renew it again manually

Have the playback report actually work maybe....? Every time I request not to see a specific ad because it is either offensive/inappropriate, or is not in line with my interests, it's like the report just goes into a black hole.
I keep getting the same ads over and over again even after I have submitted a playback issue report.
The feature just seems to be there to make you feel like you're doing something, when in actuality it's being ignored, and Twitch (or maybe Amazon) is the ultimate arbiter in what ad you get to watch.

Moderators need ad control and notifications The streamer I moderate for has a contract with Twitch where they have to run ads every hour. Sometimes they are busy with the game they are playing. Rather than having to post in chat a bunch to get their attention, it would help if moderators had the ability to start ads. Along with this, the moderators can't tell if the ads are successfully running if they are subbed. We have to constantly pester the streamer to know if they did ads on time. Let streamer-played ads stop the rest of the ads from playing for longer There needs to be a way to stop ads playing for at least 1-2 hours. Taking a break every 30 minutes for a few minutes is just unrealistic and doesn't fit most content on Twitch. Longer ad break, every 2 hours or so would be much more agreeable I believe, especially when it comes with giving MORE agency to streamers. They know their community and their content the best

Streamer affiliate sales on Twitch Turbo Im just going to say it as it is.
Twitch Needs to give affiliate sales to channel that get the viewer to pay for a Twitch Trubo subscripion. 35% ($5*) of the sale goes to the streamer leaving Twitch with the remading $8.
This would be a great in hand for puting ads on all channel (Affiliate/partner or not) giving the viewer the reason to pay for Trubo on the platform.

Please let me not get horror/scary ads I literally can't watch Twitch anymore because all the ads I get are for this horror movie. There's this girl that's creepily smiling at the camera...and I don't know the rest bc I just close the tab and watch YT after. I don't mind the ads but please allow users to choose if they want ads for something scary/horror related

Use machine learning to create smart ads I would love it if you used machine learning to know when streamers are idle* in certain games, to trigger an ad.
games like - fortnite, cod, apex legends, valorant, dead by daylight all have waiting rooms/lobbies, so if you detect that a streamer is in a lobby, you can trigger the ad using machine learning, so that another ad wont play for 20 minutes or so the average time the game plays ( i know different games have different common load times.

allow user to signal the ad is for a product they are not interested in So that for instance if in my tastes i dislike, say, ed sheeran i can signal that dropping multiple ads about it in a row is hurting my experience to the point i'm leaving doing something else.
I'm otherwise not that annoyed by the occasional ad, esp. about something new.Feature could be made available after showing a certain count of the same ad

Please. Give creators control over wether or not they want ads to play on their channels at all. Ads are a disadvantage for small streamers! Ads hinder growth so, so much and they barely make any profit for small creators/ for twitch when playing on small creators‘ channels. Maybe give affiliates the ability to turn off all ads completely in their streams, and only have mandatory ads for partners?

Buffer Stream during ad It's extremely annoying missing content with all the ads. Can you imagine watching TV shows where you miss content during commercial breaks? Yeah, didn't think so.
There should be an Opt-In option for users to Buffer the Stream when mid-roll ads are playing, then after the ad is done the buffered stream is played back at 1.5x speed until you're caught up with the live stream.
This wouldn't need to be enabled for the pre-rolls, just the ads after the stream is playing so you don't miss content.
How is this not a thing?

Ads solution!!! We know ads suck but it's what allows free content..so the problem is that it's always the wrong time for ads, Especially when its down to the end of the game and we miss the Fing last battle because some ad pops up. Allow users to blacklist tags to filter out unwanted content from recommendations The Problem:
Currently, Twitch recommends channels based on tags, categories, and viewing history. However, if a user is not interested in certain content types (e.g., gambling, specific game genres, "Just Chatting" subtopics, or controversial tags), there is no way to proactively exclude them from recommendations. This leads to a cluttered directory and a less personalized browsing experience.
The Proposed Solution:
Add a user-controlled setting: "Blacklisted Tags" (or "Muted Tags"), where users can select tags they don't want to see.

Shared Chat Ignore Specific Accounts From Showing On Shared Chat Shared Chat is an amazing feature that was recently added but since many Streamers use multiple Chat bots like Streamlabs, Streamelements, Nightbot, etc. if a command or a Chat alert is used it shows up on both Chat instead of just your own. It would be super helpful so that you can designate specific accounts to not show up in Shared Chat to alleviate confusion and clutter

Allow mod view to manage ads Mods need to know what's going on in the stream. Set the mod view to show the ads in a separate part of the screen with adjustable volume controls for the stream and the ad. This way, mods can see the stream and also know what ads are playing. They would be able to adjust the volumes to focus on what needs attention.
The mods should also be able to disable an ad that is playing and have it replaced with a different ad if the streamer/mod does not like the ad content.

Create a cheaper tier of Twitch Turbo which only has the platform-wide ad-free perk Twitch should add a new, cheaper tier of Twitch Turbo (or call the cheaper tier something else?) which only has the platform-wide ad-free perk.
