maybe DON'T put a commercial in live stream play ? Congrats, you have succeeded in being shittier then Youtube, They at least pause videos when they cram advertisers down your throat. It kinda ruins the point in watching live streams (as apposed to pre recorded video) when you miss chunks of the live stream to feed corporate greed. thanks!

Provide Clear Feedback On Mid-Roll Ad Testing and Future Plans In a tweet today Twitch Support stated "Thank you for all of your feedback. We have completed the mid-roll ads test. Ads are an essential part of keeping Twitch freely available and we understand your concerns. We'll continue to work on ways to improve the viewer ad experience and give streamers more control."
Please do more to communicate that the concerns of broadcasters and viewers were understood.
I am interested in what Twitch learned from the testing of mid-roll ads. What concerns did you notice trending and what feedback specifically are you accounting for in making "improvements" to advertising on…

Disable "Live shopping" section for twitch turbo subscribers I pay for twitch turbo specifically to avoid being served ads. The "Live Shopping" section is trying to sell stuff, which is not something I go to twitch for, and I haven't seen it show up without the "Sponsored" label below it.
That is an ad. I'm paying $12 a month to get rid of ads; I should not have a section of the sidebar perpetually taken up by an ad.

be careful increasing the ads - too much and people will just instal adblocker It feels like the amount and length of advertisements is increasing. I don't use an adblocker on twitch, and most people I know also don't. But please learn from what happened with youtube - if the ads become too much annoying, people don't turn to paying more, many turn to adblockers. Ads annoying people doesn't make people want to support the platform, it makes them resent it and want to find ways around the problem to get back what they once had.
A lot of people went to adblocker when ads got so long and frequent, the wait before watching…2 votes -
Clips In the Clips section, when you click "Edit," you can edit the clip layout and send it to your social networks linked to your account. This is very convenient. But is there a way to add something like built-in Photoshop, for example, so you could add a caption from your Twitch channel to the clip, or, for example, your game rank or rating using a PNG image? The "Add" button would be very convenient!

New UI layout Instead of relying on 3rd party ads, include 2 banners at the top of the bar (I have a prototype mock up showing where to place them) advertising things directly from the amazon site. The user clicks these banners, gets directed straight to putting the item into their cart, purchase in less than 30 seconds if their card is saved. There's more to the idea, but this is the basics. I ran this through Grok for calculation, projected sales of $4 million per year (extremely conservative) on the platform, plus no ads means Twitch beats out Youtube, Kick, and any…

A channel subscription across the whole of twitch I would pay for a subscription on twitch where I could watch any streamer, and only get limited ads, where the revenue goes towards the streamer when I am watching that stream. If I switch to another stream I still get limited ads but that revenue then goes to that streamer. There are so many ads now, and I want to watch more streamers, not just one and be revenue locked to that streamer and the amount they stream.

Expand the functionality of Twitch viewer account Provide the ability to personalize the viewer's profile.
1. Wallpapers, avatars, profile frames, statistics, a store for customized wallpapers, avatars, and profile frames that will be verified.
2. Create a viewer calendar so they can record events and reminders about what they want to see, with notifications.
3. A showcase where your favorite streamers and the viewer's comments about their time on their streams will be listed.
4. Also, a link to the year-end summary as a small icon in this profile.
5. Allow streamers to create icons or small captions for their channel. (This would look quite nice in…2 votes -

Seria melhor a unificação desses serviços.

Provide AI real-time feedback to creators for ad and tag overlap Easy solution for twitch and for everyone. Have an AI listen to the videos and tag them appropriately in real time. Have each tag display the percent of total ads that that tag is okay for. This gives direct feedback to the Creator when they can easily see what topics they need to avoid if they want to keep the highest percentage of ads and revenue. And each time an AI applies a tag, have it give them a direct quote and timestamp from their VOD and maybe even a short clip tied on their account that they can review…
