1. DISORDER by Grumpy games is Displayed Wrong in Activity and isnt found in VOD Category adjustment list

   I have been streaming DISORDER by GRUMPY Games and in OBS I can find the correct game name appearance and art, however in my streaming recent activity it shows a game called Disorder and the art is completely wrong for the game. When I noticed that I checked my VOD and the VOD displayed the wrong non fully capitalized version of the name and the wrong art. The category list in the VOD does not have the game. I would like when I play the game be showcasing the actual game / Developer instead of linking to something completely wrong. I am not sure how it is correct when I set the category for the stream but the activity and VOD are completely wrong. Any help would be appreciated!

2. Allow broken streak notifications be be configurable per channel

   The notifications for broken streaks seem to be entirely random, and for people who care about some streaks this is annoying (missing broken streaks they want to keep), while for people who don't care about streaks this is also annoying (can't turn them off).
   Just have them configurable, ideally per channel, but even globally would be an improvement.

3. [Feature Request] A Way to Delete Expired Subscriptions From My Twitch Account

   I would like a way to just to delete Expired Subscriptions off of my Expired Subscriptions page.

   Some streamers are just bad people that you never way to see again or even be reminded of their existence.

   (Full Severance from genuinely terrible people is great for mental health.)

   Currently, someone can just gift you a subscription to a creator you don't like, and their name will just be forever on your Expired Subscriptions List.

5. Version 29.9.1_BETA Mobile App For Android.

   The new update is pretty buggy and I miss the Audio Only feature. It was handy for lurks. Now when I back out with the pop-out player and go back into chat, the livestream is stretched to full screen for a sec before it gets to the chat. The new interface is a little hard to tap to select options, too.

   Also, whenever I go to select the highlights feature on my channel on the mobile app, it goes to past broadcasts instead. It's been like that for a while and it would just be nice to have access to older highlights than just the recent ones or only being able to search the recent ones site wide with the search bar.

6. Role: Main Moderator / Lead Moderator

   1. Add a chat command so that the streamer can appoint a moderator through the chat command, and not just in the settings

   2. Add an option so that the lead moderator can use the /raid command in the streamer's chat, so that the lead moderator can also send raids from the streamer's channel.

7. Bot Detection on Linux causes frequent False Positives for normal users

   Some browsers on Linux, particularly Firefox based (although some users have experienced similar issues on Chromium based browsers as well), tend to quite frequently get flagged as a bot when trying to sign into Twitch. The error when this happens is typically "Your browser is not currently supported". This is not actually the case. Before log-in happens on the back-end, a security check is ran based on your browser and some analysis of it. If Twitch back-end deems your browser "suspicious" based on a score, as in the score assigned is deemed to low, it straight up rejects the request as a bot, without giving second thoughts to the actual sign-in credentials, which in order to not be straight up about bot detection being the issue here, has a generic error of browser not being supported.

   Any talk in Reddit or Discord about this issue, the response you're faced with is "Contact Twitch Support". While that's generally a good idea when users can't fix what's broken for another user, Twitch Support often just tells you the usual of "Wipe cache and cookies" and try again. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Normally if it works, it's not a permanent fix. Within a couple days you will see this issue come up once again, and you need to clean your entire browser again.

   I've had this issue every week since I switched to Linux over a year ago. And every time you look up a solution it's always "Contact Support" which as I've described, won't actually fix the issue, but instead tells you to start over until it happens again. At the start of this week, Monday, I decided to troubleshoot this issue. Having a scan tool get access to my installation I dug up the entirety of my Firefox browser to find changes made to it. Some were found, but most of it was neglegent. I then simply wiped the entire .mozilla directory and started fresh. This fixed the issue... For ONE day. Then it was back again.

   This is not sustainable. Changes need to be made here. Blocking Linux users just because they use Firefox isn't acceptable. And telling us to just wipe the entire browser data just for it to break again the next day is just insanity.

   So I ask of Twitch to look into the Bot Detection they have. Specifically Error 5025 during the step protected_login. It's clearly faulty as evident by fresh installs getting flagged within 24 hours of use.

   For additional reference, I don't use any ad-blockers. The only extension I use is my password manager. But in my testing I have disabled this one as well.
   Since these issues started happening I've also tried disabling any built in fingerprinting or tracking prevention systems.
   This means every single part of my browsers is exposed to the full extent of what the websites bring me.
   Despite all of this, Twitch login system, or rather Twitch bot detection, flags my browser as a bot, and rejects the log in.

   Definitely eager to see Twitch look into this problem further, as it has been an issue for over half a decade judging by old Reddit posts about this exact issue, so it doesn't seem like Twitch has been giving enough second thoughts to their detection systems as they really should.

9. Give the mobile app a button to access followers and following.

   There is noway to access who you are following other than swiping right, and it doesn't always show everyone. It would be much easier if there were a button to bring all of them up. I literally hate this app because of this alone

10. Fix the "Verified Accounts Only Chat" on every channel issue

    "Verified Accounts Only Chat" was inexplicably applied to every other channel for me, except for those I'm VIP in; in those, any attempt to use the chat results in a prompt popping requiring phone verification, which as far as I'm aware should not be happening for VIPs.

    My most likely guess for why this is happening is that my account was accidentally flagged by some anti-botting measure that doesn't appear in the Appeals Portal (the page says I don't have any enforcements applied on my account).

    I do not have a phone to do that kind of verification, and most of my attempts of explaining that to Twitch Support are responded with ignorantly suggesting I use a phone number.

    I was only just now recommended to submit feedback here on UserVoice; hopefully I can get an actual transparent response as to how this problem came about and how to fix it as well.

17. If you block someone also block them from seeing your messages.

    If you block someone now you cannot see their messages but they can see things you say in chat. make it so that unless they are a moderator or the broadcaster in the channel they do not see any messages you put in chat

    The mobile app has its bugs, but for what it's worth, I see changes and it's an overall lifesaver to have, at least for me instead of being at my desk all day.

    But I archive a lot of things and the highlight section of the channel page on the mobile app on Android just takes me to the past broadcasts. And if I wanted to find an older highlight, I either have to search across the whole site or pull up desktop mode on my Chrome app and manually find it. If the Highlights section can be fixed and even searchable within my own videos, that would help tremendously.

    Hello, since 4 weeks I am unable to download my Payout History PDF at /analytics/revenue-payouts. I get a 'Loading Error' or 'Site not reachable' on all devices and browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Mobile, Incognito).

    I urgently need my Payout History for my VAT / Reverse Charge tax filings in Germany. This is a legal requirement for my tax office.

    If I try to open the download link in a separate tab, this error appears:

    Server Error in '/' Application.
    Runtime Error
    Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed.

    Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on the local server machine, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "RemoteOnly". To enable the details to be viewable on remote machines, please set "mode" to "Off".

20. Fix ways account are flagged as followbots

    My account was flagged as either viewbot or ban evasion. I use this account since 2020. I was a payed subscribers to various streamers since at least 2023. Yet I was flagged as viewbot in a channel that I followed and was a payed subscriber for for more than 12 months, just because I had the wild idea of reorganizing the channels I follow and put the one I prefer on top. Please fix that.
