Racing category needs an icon A few of us cover motorsport related events (news, watch alongs, highlights, discussion), but we don't fit in well with Sports or Just Chatting. Since the 'Racing' category already exists, why not give it an icon (plus any other info, search terms, etc that is the standard)?

Add Virtuoso VR as a game category Game by Really Interactive called Virtuoso is missing on game categories
Currently players are streaming under another game with the same name but this is incorrect - https://www.twitch.tv/directory/game/Virtuoso.
This is the game we would like the new category for: https://store.steampowered.com/app/1213710/Virtuoso/

See how long a streamer has spent in a category I think it would be great to be able to see how long a streamer has spent streaming in their current category. This would give a browser an idea of whether a streamer might be just starting out with a game, or whether they are well established in that category. Different people look for different things.

Blacklisting streams, games, tags, category Yes, I am aware there is UnwantedTwitch extension for Chrome and Firefox.
No, we should not have to rely on a third party extension to have this feature to allow hiding a streamer/game/tag/category whom someone is not interested on.
Allow viewers more control on what gets displayed at any given time to them anywhere in the site. Can even put the data this would provide to some good use internally.

world of warcraft Hello , the World Of Warcraft category currently consists of players from retail WoW and Classic WoW . They are 2 different games with different player bases , would it be possible to make a new category for WoW Classic so viewers dont need to endlessly scroll looking for streamers not playing Classic . That would be fantastic

I'd like to be able to hide channels with active drops. I think the whole drop system is very abused and unethical. Just a setting where i will no longer see any channel with active drops. The idea is to avoid the fake hype/exploitation, while seeing more of the legit creators.

Imperivm III needs merge Imperivm RTC - HD Edition "Great Battles of Rome" is the new HD Edition of the Imperivm III. Imperivm fans need to merge "Imperivm III: Great Battles of Rome" and "Imperivm: Great Battles of Rome - HD Edition" categories.
It is also necessary to correct the name of the merge to Imperivm RTC - HD Edition "Great Battles of Rome"

Trading card category There are new trading cards coming out constantly, and it wouldn't be feasible to add them all. I think it would be great for streamers like me and viewers if there was a generic "trading card" category instead of an unrelated or no category at all.

Combine the Categories for Fire Emblem: Fates These categories are all part of the same game.
Fire Emblem Fates:
* Fire Emblem Fates: Birthright
* Fire Emblem Fates: Conquest
* Fire Emblem Fates: Special EditionFire Emblem Fates is currently subdivided into "Fire Emblem Fates: Birthright", "Fire Emblem Fates: Conquest", and "Fire Emblem Fates: Special Edition", which corresponds to the physical releases the game had. However, the listings and by extension, the physical releases, are more akin to routes within the same game and dividing the category just makes it harder to list and search for streams. Furthermore, the current listing doesn't even have a proper category…

Irrelevant Create an "Irrelevant Gaming" directory. Or something titled similarly. This directory would help viewers find niche games and could easily grow to the size of the retro directory. This could be a new staple for Twitch. This give streamers who want to play games with 0 live channels an avenue to play and build a healthy community within the directory helping support others who enjoy forgotten games. This would be different from the Retro directory because there are many games spanning from the late 2000's to the early 2020's that are not "retro" but did not gain independent traction in…

Change the identical game names or just use one category for both There's a issue regarding some games that have remakes or new releases like: Tomb Raider (1986 and 2013), Corpse Party (2008 and 2021), God of War (2005 and 2018), Teen Titans (2005 and 2006), Donkey Kong Country (1994, 2000 and 2003), the list goes on; so i thought of a solution for this problem, just use one category for the games (like Tomb Raider) or split the categories and add the year they were released [like God of War (2005)], i believe the last option is the best one since it will be more clear to which game/port/edition the category…

Old Preset Tags - PLEASE bring them back The removal of the previously pre-set list of tags to choose from was definitely not the way to go.
Having custom tags is great for a number of reasons such as having a niche/indie stream, but removing the preceding list and the ability to easily choose pre-determined tags only makes things unnecessarily inconvenient for people who were perfectly fine with the tags that were available before.
Now it adds just that much more time to setting up a stream by having to write every tag in its entirety. It also affects streamers who do things like speedruns because now they…

A identity, sexuality system could help fix the issue that I need 5 tags just for sexuality or I miss someone searching a different spelling The LGBTQ community uses a number of short forms that all mean the same thing like LGBTQ LGBTQ+ LGBTQIA and so on the system reads each of these searches as different tags.
The new tag system is great but I have to use 5 tags one for bisexual and 4 for spelling variation on LGBTQ or I miss anyone who's searching a different spelling.
My solution on your profile allow you to set these commonly used types of tags. Gender, Sexuality, Pronouns, Ethnicity.
These are tags I see alot that get reused every stream and take up slots that could…

category rename re-branding the "nail art for girls" category to just nail art. A lot of the nail art streamers do not use the category due to it being restrictive.

fotografia Buenas noches!
