Can we get a fishing category picture? Can we get a fishing category picture? The default picture is a game controller, there are two fishing categories both have the default picture, makes it hard to find and get the right one when streaming and searching. Help Real Life Fishing grow on Twitch.

'Speedrunning' as it's own Twitch category Not every streamer uses tags, not every speedrun game is a commonly searched game directory. What if we gave more visibility to speedrunners by having a category just for this type of gaming. That way people with the interest can find new speedrunners and even get to know new speedrun games.
Speedrunning is no longer a niche hobby, it has grown massively on Twitch over the last five years, not to mention some of the largest fundraising efforts on the platform are speedrun related.

Indie Games/Indie Horror Games categories NEEDED Indie games on Twitch have close to zero discoverability. As an indie horror streamer myself, it would be amazing if instead of choosing the game title (that most won’t know to look for) there was a category for Indie Horror Games. Adding DMZ as a game category to help discoverability would like to add call of duty : dmz as a separate category on twitch to help discoverability for dmz creators so we aren't all lost in the warzone category

Automotive / Motorsports Category Myself and many other streamers do automotive repair, Racing, designing and don't have a category to do so under. I believe a umbrella cat. of motorsports should be added to help people find that content.

Final Fantasy TCG Category (FF TCG / FFTCG) The FF TCG has been going since 2011 (and was rebooted in 2016, thriving ever since).
Currently when real life events are streamed, there's no category for this to be streamed under. The closest thing is for the Final Fantasy Digital Card Game, which was something entirely different for Yahoo customers that closed down in 2020.
Other TCGs have categories to use for real life events or event for players to stream their webcam practice or online simulator games. For example there's the "Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game" category alongside all it's actual games that Konami use for events and stores…

Unattended Streams Unattended streams are expanding. This includes anything where the streamer is never there or away for an extended time and there is little to no interaction with them. Some examples are: reruns, sleeping, AI powered, CCTV & scenery cams, traditional TV & radio stations, and anything else pre-recorded outside of Twitch. Mechanical Keyboards As the mechanical keyboard community continues to grow, the Makers and Crafting section is becoming overwhelmingly overrun by keyboard makers. This sub-community continues to exceed beyond the presumptuous categories related to tech and gaming -- our community is filled with creative directors, athletes, artists, designers, etc. Creating a dedicated category for the construction of mechanical keyboards, will allow this sub community to grow with more intention, and allow this niche hobby to have a more significant role in the future of culture and tech.

PC Hardware For the builders and enthusiasts that enjoy the hardware behind their games. To have a more focused approach to our viewers. We are here to showcase PC Hardware builds, educate viewers on best practices and to be able to interact with chat to help. From planning, to building step-by-step system builds if it may be a straight forward "AIO build" to high end complex custom hard tube water cooling builds. We have Just chatting or Science & Technology currently, but I feel we could reach more by defining the building side of the machines we all love to use everyday.

ASMR Ear Lick The ASMR category and a lot of its creators have been affected by a massive wave of ear licking streams, which do not reflect the ASMR category's purpose.
I'm proposing the creation of a different category for that so that creators can all have their streams labelled correctly and viewers can easily find what they are looking for.

Add a general Star Wars category. We would love to see a general Star Wars category where all fans doing all things Star Wars related could stream in that category. For example, playing SWTOR? You could stream in that category. Star Wars cosplayers could stream in the category. Other Star Wars games, same thing. The Star Wars game viewership isn't as large as other categories, but Star Wars content combined could be something great. We'd love to see this happen so we could help the games get more traffic and meet a lot more Star Wars nerds. ;o) Thanks!
