Discover Carousel for Each Category in the Directory
Bring the Homepage Carousel feature to every category in the browse section. With each category taking the top recommended streamers based on the individual user's recommended streams in that category into a carousel like design that is used at the top of the front page. Going a step further, having a carousel for every stream tag where possible.
