Give users ability to look up status of email support tickets
Since every email support thread includes a reference number, it would be great to have a way to search that reference number and see its basic status - closed or open, any pertinent information, etc. and ideally contest any conclusions or closures due to poor or inadequate support.
Basically after days of not getting responses to my email support thread, and having never been told it was closed, I am suspicious my ticket got closed and my ability to email the reference case is gone, but I am still emailing that case # assuming it's open. Situations like this really make it clear why we need to be able to see our ticket status without depending on being emailed back. Twitch support email responses are just not reliable enough for that to work.

please. made a ticket, heard nothing for days, then got an email asking if my issue was resolved. there should be a page that we can go back and look at the ticket, see status if its pending/being worked on, and replies. i don't know if i got a reply from the ticket because this whole process is very confusing.

i agree. not being able to find status on a ticket is terrible. i have no idea if i have a ticket or not.
