    a lot of people make money (more so twitch) off sound alerts so i doubt they will take it away

    please. made a ticket, heard nothing for days, then got an email asking if my issue was resolved. there should be a page that we can go back and look at the ticket, see status if its pending/being worked on, and replies. i don't know if i got a reply from the ticket because this whole process is very confusing.
