i also agree, it's just uncomfortable to be left standing on hot coals with statements like "we'll take care of it" or "please wait". i just want to finally verify my long-earned affiliate bstatus and i've been waiting almost 10 weeks for something to happen. i can't even do anything anymore even though all my data has been sent, if there was at least a reaction like "something is still missing or this is not correct, please fill it out again" you could work on it better. I've just been stuck with it for 10 weeks.
