There needs to be a live chat feature with Twitch Supports
There needs to be a Live Chat support feature or more conversation with a human person. I've literally have had my account hacked and can prove it if only to run around with an automated response 2 days later of no conversation and finally not even a notification of a "resolved" on my case. Literally no communication on Twitch's side to look at things. I just need to understand why things are with some explanation that is not mechanic.

That would require Twitch staff to get off their ***** for once. Not going to happen.

yes it would be very greatful if there would be a live chat option last time i face an issue with (https://apkcrowl.com/six-guns-mod-apk/)but get just an automatic reply so if there would be an live chat option many problems can solved without time wast.

There are new spam-technics that need to be report directly to a twicht-moderator-member.
Not the basic "IA Report system" because it's seems ineffective, and the new category of spam isn't in the choice type report.
I'm talking about the new spam-streaming fixed picture others multiple accounts, at the same time online, and activate the maximum twitch-ads to trap the viewers if they enter they stream.
The new spam-streaming seem to have the same title "Come watch me on $category-name".
Also for the "Wrong category" report system, it is totally INEFFECTIVE.
Because there is a limit to report the same user 2 or 3 times per days.
And also because the IA-bot behind your report-system is totally INEFFECTIVE.Some users are freely and willingly Spam-Streaming in the wrong game category during hours everydays, since manys months, and nothing happens to them.
Please put a twitch-human behind the "report wrong game category".
Or at least, put an automatic counter, if the users revieved xx amount of report for wrong game category, the twitch-human will analyze his online-stream.For the "wrong game category" i'm talking about the streamer of "RPG game" (like World of Warcraft) in a totally wrong game category.
Or the New Spam-Streaming of "DJ Mixing" spamming their mixing others normal games categories.
Go away "DJ Mixing Spammers" !! -

I agree with this because whenever I try to reply to the initial auto-email I get sent, I receive a kickback message telling me that the recipient's email provider has rejected it.

Also some users are willingly streaming in the wrong category,
and if we try to report them (multiple times) by the normal-report-system,
nothing happen, they continue new streaming in the wrong category. One example : the people streaming "DJ mixing" in wrong category.
With a live-report-chat, we can explain (to a human) more precisely the problem, so he can check the user is doing this repetitively, and willingly.

What i was thinking, is a live-report-chat for twitch, with some real people from twitch in.
Maybe, it should be splitted by continent, and the differents "high traffic" peaks, at different time-zone.
But it should be avaible by "advanced reported persoon", that mean, if the user reported a lot of problems, and has a good rate of "real-useful reports".
So basic-users continue to use the normal-report.
And advancer-users can have acces to this special-report-chat.
Where we can explain some new kinds of advanced spam.Examples :
- new spambot sentences,
- new kind of follow-unfollow trigger with special user-names,
- and one recent thing i saw is a new type of spam "multiples streaming from different users, but they are only streaming the same things"... -

I honestly agree, I am sick and tired of dealing with robots through Email. I asked the status of a suspension, had to make a case just to find out. Only for their robot support Email to send me how to get unbanned in a chat.

It would be great to have a live support for payment issues.

I've been reporting a certain evil user to Twitch for his constant harassment, bullying, and God knows what else, but the only responses Twitch ever sends are either report reception confirmations or error messages. It'd be a little better if Twitch ever told you why they took no action on bully reports.

Agreed comparing to other organizations, such as schools, offices, other companies. They give people the ability to schedule a meeting with an advisor to guide them through problems they need help with or simple questions. The advisors are able to set meeting for 30 min to an hour with client but as long day is scheduled and multiple advisors are involved. The Twitch system will be phenomenal.

I have a friend that is currently email banned from my channel and I have zero support on the issue. I have no idea what to do, no one I can actually talk to about the problem, and no way to really reach out and get a response. The bot I emailed has no idea what my issue is. Can I please get some real person interaction around here?

How about there needs to be a feature so that I can create a post here. Why I can create one in other areas but not this one is beyond me.

Please b9921, try to calm down. Indeed I told you that you could upvote this topic, but this isn't the only thing I said. I truly believe that a big company like Twitch must have a better support team, who should actually help their customer. I have my own issues with their support team, so I can definitely understand your frustration. However, insulting them won't solve anything, as they always ignore or close hateful topics.

Totally agree. Ridiculous that such a massive company only offers email support. Email support that seems to be run by robots and not even real people. Been unable to login to my account for months due to a 2FA issue, 6 tickets in and I get the same generic responses every time linking me to FAQ pages that don't even address my issue.

Many people need help on this platform daily and i feel like we dont have much communication with you guys so a live chat support would really help out also people who get their accounts banned dont hear from you guys for like 2 weeks and its just not very good so yeah id think this is a very good idea and would help twitch alot

Is extremely painful to see how a bot closes your ticket because is similar to another one sended one month ago, without even a decision by someone capable of thinking or deciding whether or not to intervene.
Without a doubt, the support system requires a thorough review. In the current state it can't even be called support in some cases, without even the option to reply to a decision.

Please add a live support service on Twitch, because it is inconvenient for me when the bot responds to the ticket, you can make a delay in processing the application in 7-30 days
Thanks.

Add a chat to support on Twitch, because due to the complexity of the ticket, I have to wait months for an answer. I want to talk to a real employee, not a bot that will automatically respond to messages, because of this, there are some difficulties in solving the problem.
Microsoft Support is more efficient than yours, you can call, live chat and email. Once again: I don’t want the bot to answer me, do Twitch for the better.
