  1. There needs to be a Live Chat support feature or more conversation with a human person. I've literally have had my account hacked and can prove it if only to run around with an automated response 2 days later of no conversation and finally not even a notification of a "resolved" on my case. Literally no communication on Twitch's side to look at things. I just need to understand why things are with some explanation that is not mechanic.

    Hi all,

    The Live Chat (beta) is live and available to all Partners & Affiliates. For reference, English Live Chat hours are Monday - Friday from 1 AM (01:00) to 5 PM (17:00) PST. Language support is also available during business hours for Spanish, German, French, Italian, Japanese, and Turkish. You can find the "Live Chat" button on the bottom right of our Help Portal page (help.twitch.tv).

  2. Right now petitions on this site are being censored when we use terms like "sx", "sxual", "bis*xual", etc. We are using the terms to discuss out identities and the identity tags. They shouldn't be censored!

    I believe this should be fixed now. Unfortunately, existing threads/comments cannot be uncensored automatically, but any newly created content should not censor words that contain “sex”. Thank you for letting us know!

    I’ve asked our friends at UserVoice to look into removing any similar terms from their filter, but please feel free to create another thread if you find anything else is censored that shouldn’t be, and I will make sure to take care of it.

  3. I'm completely new to Twitch and am not familiar with any of the menus or layout.
    I wanted to add a description for my channel and determined what I wanted to add is called a "Panel" on Twitch. I went to Twitch's official documentation "https://help.twitch.tv/s/article/how-to-edit-info-panels" to figure out how to add a Panel. However, the documentation is not correct. In the "Create or Edit a Panel" section, the first instruction states that the "Edit Panels" switch is "in the top left of your channel page underneath the video screen". That is wrong.     Hey there, thanks for raising this. The location of panels depends on whether the channel is online or offline. If it's online, panels appear under the video player; however when offline, the panels can be found in the About section. We've updated our help article to clarify this. Thanks!

  4. Turn on status feedback by ticking the 'Enable reactions' box when posting Public Status messages so that people can respond with a thumbs up/down and provide a feedback message to your status updates, as shown in the uservoice documentation.
