    A majority of ads on web and TV apps should now have normalized sound. We are still continuing the work on this and will update the status again when it is fully complete!

    The problem doesn't come fro Twitch, the problem is at some streamers side.

    When you first enter twitch, the "normal audio setting" on a video is set to 50%.
    Video Ads use this setting.

    That means if the streamer set his streaming correctly, the output on the video should stay at 50% and he must be heardable.

    But many streamers stream at a lower volume setting, so they force the users to change on the video the "audio setting" to 100%".
    Here is the problem.

    Also keep in my some viewers don't have powerful speakers, or just have basic integrated speakers into monitor.

    For users in this case, if the streamer stream at a too low audio levl, they can not put audio setting to 150% to correct the bad setting from the streamer.

    But if the streamer streams at a correct value (heardable at 50% setting)
    Viewers with basics speakers can hear it.
    Viewers with amplified speakers can hear it too (by lowering the amplification
