The Policy is unfair I do not agree with the new sexual content policy, as due to people being naked on streams Twitch has allowed it to be ok but when Vtubers show any under boob or are wearing a bodysuit Twitch wants to get mad and ban them and I don’t think that is fair as big corporation VTuber get away with it but y’all wanna go after a streamer with a smaller view range and I don’t find that fair at all as most of Twitch is made of VTuber communities. Is Twitch still for real "Live" streamers? As someone who has watched too much Twitch over the years, I have never even thought to come to a page like this until recently. In the hopes that someone actually reads this, I'd like to express my concerns about the overall quality of streams recently on Twitch, and the tactics some streamers are using to try to make more money.

Last Prime Box should be able to be deleted without page reload I can click the delete button on the prime gaming boxes after i claimed then, but the last one always can not be deleted. I have to refresh the page / the stream to make it disappear, which makes me in some circumstances watch the ads again.

Drops I have literally proved Twitch support wrong - I had properly met all of the requisites required to receive the Crunchyroll drops "60 Days free", yet never received the drop. After a couple of tickets, Twitch was NOT supportive at all, nor willing to perform their due diligence in investigating whether or not this was true. In fact, it was INCREDIBLY difficult to get any reply to my submissions, may entries were purposefully ignored and STILL are.

Ads scheduling I do understand that Twitch needs the ads that run during the streams for revenue but I find the unpredictable timing of the ads to be very problematic.
I very much wish that I could schedule the ads to run at a regular time. My preference would be at a predetermined number of minutes before the bottom of the hour. If I knew that they were coming every hour at that time then I could plan accordingly. Simplify the app Everything I use the twitch app for ( Live followed channels and followed channels) keeps getting pushed further and further down on the page and it’s getting ridiculous. I understand the advert at the top but can it be shrunk down to a reasonable size? It takes up half the page itself. And we truly need an option to opt out of “stories” and “recently featured clips”.
If we want to see these extra clips, we go to that streamers page. Options for the user is always better and the app is simply just too cluttered in its current state.2 votes -
Stop pushing and recommending clearly NSFW material Whenever I land on Twitch the landing page contains many female streamers with their breasts mostly exposed or them clearly showing off their rear ends.
I come to twitch to watch people stream video games, while I understand that you as a platform support other types of IRL streaming it is a shock to never click on this content and you keep pushing it over and over again. Intergated drops filter system The introduction of sub-drops on Twitch seems like a good idea on paper but the way Twitch has handled it is terrible. A page where a bunch of requirements in a list is all they offer and the rest is up to you leaving for vague situations and misrepresenting users to exploit the system for then Twitch support to tell you "We can't do anything" and send you the same list again.

Customer support The twitch support page is really bad. I can't categorise my problem, I would love a live chat with someone from the support team or maybe even an AI. It is really poor website design, the pages are not findable. It is overall just really bad and I expected much more from Twitch. I still have my problem on twitch and I don't know how to solve it or where I can solve it. 1 out of 10 experience for me. Just dissapointing...

Typo "© 2022 Twitch Interactive, Inc." in footer On all pages after the area /p/ contains "© 2022 Twitch Interactive, Inc." in the footer section, I presume 2022 should be 2023.

Verified accounts People who already have Twitch Prime should be automatically given verified account status. Amazon already has the information about the viewer through their prime subscription. This should be a simple matter since Twitch is linked to the customers Amazon to give customers Prime inside of Twitch. This would simplify verification for many viewers of Twitch and expose less personal data to potential hacks.

Vet the emails so they don't look like spam This is probably not a regular issue, but the last email I got from you guys had some error which made it look like complete spam when viewed from the iPhone default email client. There should be someone in the process to look over this since it's such a large mass email.
