DO NOT PUNITATIVELY BAN IGNORING THE RULES OF A CHANNEL
Do not ignore the mods and rules of channels and make ASSUMPTIONS of things "violating rules" if they do not actually violate a channel's rules nor get flagged by the mods of the channel. This sort of punitative banning is foul, disgusting, an overreaching of responsibilities, and a violation of individual rights. It is not Twitch's place to police a channel's content, but the MODs of the channel.
