Banned Streamer claims to be coming back in 6 months
Recently I became aware of a user who has received an indefinite ban. They are claiming on other social media that they are confirmed to be returning in 6 months. Said user regularly harassed multiple other streamers and communities and threatened violence against another streamer and I personally think they should not be back on twitch ever. Is it part of twitch protocol to let a banned user know they are being un-banned in 6 months, or is this user making stuff up? I am aware that after 6 months one can appeal their ban but this person claims to know they will be unbanned in 6 months.
