Add multiple chats with different settings
Give streamers the ability to add second chats or even more additional chats with different cooldownsand different filters.
This would allow people to spam in one chat, write every 30 seconds or so in the seconds chat, and maybe a third chat where only emojis are allowed, and in the other two chats messages with only emojis are redirected to the emoji only chat for example.
Poeple who spam commands in events or similar, can write them in a dedicated command chat for example.
there could be a chat for messages that have recieved likes from other users, for example if a comment recieves 2 likes it is shown in this special chat and so on.
