You realise this will mean an unorganised boycott of donations and ad revenue going right past your coffers right? Even without organising to harm your company I am disgusted and will not give you my money or support.

As a Scotsman who is ace, I wouldn't want twitch to ban trans, gay or lesbian, it will drive people who are either trans, gay or lesbian people away from twitch. Instead of having the hq in what we now call the fake land of the free, we want the hq in the real land of the free called Scotland. Twitch, we want you to revert these changes or get it up ye. The very idea of censuring the words trans, gay, and lesbian is beyond the pail. This is censorship that hurts the community. It will drive away countless people who would otherwise be contributing to Twitch's revenue directly as well as those that create the very content that makes Twitch viable. Remove these words from the automod list.

This ruling has ill intent baked into itself. Hatred towards minorities, like the LGBTQIA+ community, should not be tolerated whatsoever, nor should it ever be normalized to this extent.

I will stop supporting this platform if this ruling ends up passing, and make sure that my goverment limits this application's hateful reach within and outside of my region.

Regimes of the past tried the same thing, people took them down. Twitch, stand for people, not power and money.

Censoring these words is inherent to the attempted obfuscation and erasure of LGBTQIA+ representation on the platform.
If you are censoring something, censor slurs, or curse words, not a form of self-expression and an identity.
Is this to bend the knee to the recent political establishment, or wholly your own decision?

Erasing the words we use to define ourselves is cultural erasure and a step in the genocide of queer populations. Do not put a black cent into any corporation who pushes in this direction. Boycott them in all areas. Simply stop using twitch unless you're running adblockers and donate directly to creators rather than using bits.
