Creating Clips from the Video Highlighter
This has been a thought in my mind for years. I'm honestly surprised this hasn't been implemented yet since this is a very obvious no-brainer: allow the streamer to create Clips while inside the Video Highlighter.
I will often place markers during my stream as a timestamp to go back to create a clip after stream. Having the ability to create a clip from the Video Highlighter would drastically accelerate this process, but alas, what I have to do in this situation: open the video highlighter -> find the relevant marker timestamp -> open the VOD in a new tab -> move the player to that timestamp -> create and edit a clip. Allowing the streamer to create a clip from the Highlighter will cut out two steps in this process and free up resources since you're not loading the same video twice.
"Well, why don't you just use the Create Clip button in your Stream Manager?"
Last I checked, this button doesn't allow you to edit the clip's time window like the actual clip creator does, so you have no way of knowing that you've got the exact moment you wanted to clip. The method I outlined above makes much more sense.

This, please please please. Especially since highlights are getting nerfed hard, I'm starting to create more clips. But creating clips post stream is a major headache. Doing it in the highlighter seems like a no brainer.
