Safer whispers
It makes no sense that turning off whispers from “strangers” still lets in people that we don’t choose, such as followers or subscribers. Just because someone follows me doesn’t mean I want them to be able to whisper me, and giving us the option to choose what counts as a stranger (for instance setting it two only those I follow can whisper me) would go a long way to both cutting down on spam message, and making whispers a useful tool instead of yet another avenue for harassment.
