Remove the New "This Chat is Active, Save a Clip for the Streamer!" Prompt From Chat!
I understand the intentions with this one in a way, as a lot of smaller streamers like me don't often have a lot of people to clip things, but it feels like the requirements for this prompt popping up are absolutely ridiculous, and it pops up for me when the same exact person is interacting with me. There's also the issue that it pops up directly above the area you type, which means that the current messages are blocked out for me while the prompt pops up. Streamers using your actual chat client for streams (Like if they use the built-in OBS chat); will have a hard time keeping up with their users chat as the feature pops up for the streamer currently too, and it blocks off newer messages.
I don't really feel this is necessary, as it exposes a bit of an issue with clips as a whole. A lot of people (like myself) often use them because they miss something in the stream, and when you first make a clip, it saves a 30 second runthrough of the persons stream and thus; a lot of people already are accidentally making saved clips for the streamer, which results in me and others having to sift through tons of clips like this and delete them and keep them from polluting our clips. I feel like this feature will only lead to more problems like that. A lot of people already do not take the time to properly modify the clips so that it only captures the moment they wish to capture, and I see a lot of people using this without really knowing how clipping is supposed to work.
I feel like with all these criticisms, it's a lot more problems than whatever it's worth. It's currently way too sensitive on it's requirements for "active chats", and if you are insistent on staying; let users be able to turn it off!

If the new "This Chat is Active, Save a Clip for the Streamer!" prompt is appearing during your live chat experience and you find it distracting, there are a few ways to reduce its impact depending on the platform you are using. First, check your chat or notification settings to see if promotional prompts, engagement reminders, or interactive suggestions can be disabled. Keeping your browser or app updated may also help, as some platforms refine these features or add customization options over time. If no setting is available, you can submit feedback through the platform https://greatescapeservice.com/ 's support page to let the developers know that you would prefer a less intrusive chat experience.

the clips feature Prompt for viewers and streamers is annoying as it can be easily abused rapidly by people

I will say, I have to agree. At the very least, this should be a toggle for streamers and not a forced thing. While clips are great, many viewers either never properly clip anyway or when they do, it's usually spam.
Prompting an entire chat of people who may or may not be a part of your community to clip isn't exactly a needed feature, nor is it useful in the slightest. The point of the viewers watching us is to interact and enjoy our streams, not feel like they need to constantly be doing things as if it were their job.

This is an annoying and pointless "feature" in several ways, Twitch.
1. This prompt tends to pop up after sending 2 or 3 messages. Encouraging someone to make a clip from just a few messages results in a *lot* of prompts for making clips. These prompts also block the lower portion of chat where the most recent messages are.
2. If people make clips when prompted, that ends up making a LOT of "dead" clips. You don't make a clip when "chat seems active". You make a clip when something funny, interesting, or amazing happens in stream.
In one day alone, I was prompted 7 times to "make a clip" because "chat seems active". All 7 of those clips would've captured nothing but general gameplay on stream.
Please stop adding "features" that no one asks for, especially ones that are extremely obnoxious to the end users.
