Outdated/incoherent claims
A specific videogame (Final Fantasy XIV) as an extensive catalog of in-game music and has had a consistent issue with certain tracks being claimed.
According to the following article by the developer:
https://support.eu.square-enix.com/rule.php?id=5383&la=2&tag=authc
that it is fair use to play the game with the soundtrack, in fact, they disencourage sharing the soundtrack on its own, or to play the game with other external music tracks.
An example of such happening is the track "Rise" by Masayoshi Soken, part of the album 'Death Unto Dawn: FINAL FANTASY XIV Original Soundtrack', which is enumerated in the article linked. Could the content matching catalog be outdated with these guidelines? Or is this something that has to be adjusted on the claimant's end? Thank you in advance.
