Quite simple. Proper moderation of content and people that allegedly Break ToS i.e. by breaking laws in a multitude of countries. why are some channels that are spitting hatred against people of a particular skincolor, Religion, nationality etc. not removed from this Platform, even after years and multiple complains etc.
Inciting violence is not free speach but a crime in most countries.
