Inconsistant Bans/Suspensions of Partnered Streamers made into Social Media Memes and Viral marketing ploys.
The issue I have is the constant misuse of the Terms of Services that Twitch uses for channels. I have been seeing favoritism in constant suspensions and de-suspensions of this user for quite some time. Constantly this user has disregarded the ToS of Twitch time and time again. 7 Bans are made public but merely they are short lived suspensions.
This does not bode well showcasing the truth/integrity/honesty of the services Twitch provides. In fact, it is quite harrowing how some users have leeway more than others. The more successful they are. The richer they are. The more apparent the favoritism is.
I do not like the direction Twitch is going under and I want whoever is in charge of directing Twitch to revise their Terms of Services to either be more strict and factual of their Bans and Suspensions of the services. Make it more clear under WHY this particular user who has accrued over 7 Suspensions of their channel still manages to keep a channel while those of others, particularly minor streamers like myself, get harsher and more permanent damage of loss to access the services.
There has also been rise of on-going brigades that happen offline/Discord channels that send hate onto Twitter and more so to spam false reports to getting their channel revoked under false charges.
I want Twitch to be more mindful of their streamers. Particularly of their Affiliates who are unable to make a career out of the website and seek for greener pastures.
End Note: Don't make Bans/Suspensions such a mindless social experiment to incite viewers. Be more strict about them and be frontal about the bans being permanent. Stop giving some high and above streamers too much leeway that they can play/game the system as a mere child's play.
