No thumbnails for content classified w/ sexual themes on homepage
When I logged on to twitch.tv today, on the homepage was an NSFW stream thumbnail. When clicking on the stream, the stream is tagged as "Significant Profanity or Vulgarity, Sexual Themes", so Twitch knows it's profane and sexual.
Yet the thumbnail, which was of a woman with NSFW-amounts of clothing on, was the first thing on the site. There should not be NSFW thumbnails on the homepage of twitch.tv, unless I explicitly click on the stream.

Filter on 18+ stream thumbnails.
I understand that, when clicked, streams will show a content warning that can easily be ignored with a simple click but there is no filter for thumbnails.
More specifically, I've seen a select few body painting channels appear on my "channels we think you'll enjoy" section. (I don't know why I have it suggested to me but that's a different issue). These streams frequently show full naked breasts.
As an artist myself, I understand the artistic expression of body painting. However, for 18+ streams such as this, the thumbnail needs to be at least blurred.
This stream not only shows to logged-in viewers but also to people who don't have an account, no matter where they are in the world.
This can be quite shocking and disturbing to some viewers who perhaps weren't expecting it and don't want to see it.
Please, for streams marked as 18+, blur or content warn the thumbnail.

To add to this, sometimes when I watch clips, the clips that Twitch recommends below the clip I'm watching sometimes include thumbnails with NSFW-related themes. The last clip I saw, for example, all four recommended clips had an NSFW thumbnail.
I understand that NSFW-related content is the reason several people use Twitch, and racks in a lot of views. But for those of us who are not interested in this content, and who aren't comfortable with it, it makes browsing on Twitch feel a bit unsafe and uncomfortable.
Maybe a way to resolve this would be to allow viewers to have the option to block any NSFW or sexual-themed content from being able to appear on Twitch. This way, viewers who do not wish to see sexual themes can avoid it.
